I take a particularly dim view of people who park across dropped kerbs and I think that the police could do more.It is true that we have so-called civilian enforcement of parking in many parts of Scotland—not least in Glasgow—so yellow-line enforcement is done by the local authority and moving-traffic enforcement is done by the police.
