Planning and Implementation of Deer Management Key Findings of the SNH Report Review of Deer Management Group Plans Overall, the results for both the benchmark criteria and the public interest criteria were significantly better in 2016 compared with 2014. Each one of the 101 criteria (from both the benchmark and the public interest categories) had a greater number of plans performing well (i.e. rated green) in 2016 compared with the 2014 results.
