The Official Report of that meeting was published this morning, and members may wish to refer to it.As I said, the regulations are subject to the negative procedure, which means that the Parliament has the power to annul them by resolution within 40 days, excluding recess. Therefore, the time limit for parliamentary action expires on 16 February.
