To ask the Scottish Executive which Minister has responsibility for fisheries following the ministerial reshuffle. The Minister for Environment and Rural Development has overall responsibility for all fisheries issues, and takes day-to-day responsibility for sea fisheries and the Scottish Fisheries Protection Agency.
