To ask the Scottish Executive what progress is being made in the investigation into those responsible for the Larkhall gas explosion in December 1999. Following a meeting between representatives of the Procurator Fiscal's Office and Crown Counsel on 15 November 2001, the Procurator Fiscal at Hamilton was instructed to undertake further enquiries.
