We must work on the system and the resources that are behind it. The police do not follow up cases because they do not have enough resources to do so; instead, they pass cases on to social workers because that is easy.

The association, which I could have shown you if you had wanted, does show a statistical situation, but it does not mean that everything follows a nice straight line.
