To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-25676 by Mr Andy Kerr on 27 May 2002, on what date the adjustment figure to the Scottish Assigned Budget for 2000-01 was agreed; what the figure is, and when the monies will be received.
In addition, however, approximately 150 further copies of the paper have been sent out to date by post, which, at a cost of 15p per copy, totals £22.50.
To ask the Scottish Executive what the full costs have been of publishing, printing and distributing each edition to date of its Active Communities newsletter and how many copies of each edition have been printed.
The National Waiting Times database currently being developed is to provide general practitioners, consultants, patients and the public with readily accessible, accurate and up-to-date information on hospital waiting times throughout Scotland.
The Executive is now carrying out additional work on preliminary data, informed by other on-going research. No date for the publication of the strategy has yet been set.
A Victim Liaison Office will be operational in each region of the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service by summer 2002. At present there is no target date to establish a Victim Liaison Office in Dumbarton.

To ask the Scottish Executive further to the answer to question S1W-19124 by Mr Jim Wallace on 23 October 2001, when it expects the national advisory forum set up to look at the implementation of the review of charity law to complete its deliberations. No specific date has been set by which the advisory forum has to complete its deliberations.

To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has on any research carried out into people over 40 diagnosed with autism in each of the last five years; what the (a) name, (b) date and (c) author of any such research was in each case, and whether it will place copies of reports from any such research in the Scottish Parliament Information Centre.
