In the past month, we have been focused on making a contribution to the conversation around the kind of financial support that is going to be required in order to sustain recovery. In most recessions, there tend to be more problems with business insolvencies and bankruptcies during the recovery phase than during the recession itself because businesses start to receive orders and suddenly find themselves under fairly severe working-capital constraints.
