We are aware that the promoter may seek to amend the bill to impose a fee on those who require the tram electrical system to be switched off during non-operational times for such purposes as access and maintenance. Would such a fee be levied on those who, because of the use of overhead line equipment, must switch off the power to carry out maintenance?
