Before I come back to Maureen Watt, I emphasise that, if witnesses want to come in, they should type “R” in the chat function. Of course, the danger is that, if no one types “R”, the last person to look away will get asked to come in.
If any members want to ask the minister a question, I ask them to type R in the BlueJeans chat box. I invite the minister to make a short statement on the instrument.
It would be helpful if any member who wishes to ask a question could press their request-to-speak button or type R in the chat box, if they are remote.
