On behalf of the committee, I would welcome confirmation by the minister that premium fares will not be levied on EARL services. I think that there is a civil penalty of $200, with a maximum of $400. How many fines have been levied? We have received evidence that smoke-free air legislation would be preventive and that we would not need to fine people—the procedure would come under criminal law in Scotland.
