I am trying to get my head round this: you are saying that, at the moment, the levy is from the Meat and Livestock Commission, but that you want the levy to come through SQBLA.

In England, there is a Food Chain Centre, which is a private body that charges a bit of a levy. It is now quite well funded, having been in existence for many years, and has done a lot of work on this issue but it does not operate in Scotland.
