We will keep it to “Feja” rather than “Dr Lesniewska”—that would be too complicated. It is like “Freya” without the R. The intention of the bill—this is set out in the policy memorandum—is to align with and take forward the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009.

The numbers of cases, hospitalisations and deaths have all fallen in recent weeks, and when we publish the latest estimate of the R number later today, we expect to show that it remains below 1.
