Sea Fishing Grants (Charges) Bill Motion moved, That the Parliament accepts the need to establish the validity of charges levied by the Sea Fish Industry Authority and the Herring Industry Board as set out in the Sea Fishing Grants (Charges) Bill and agrees that the Bill should be considered by the UK Parliament.
I have apologies from Mike Pringle, who is in Dublin on a fact-finding visit for his proposed environmental levy bill, and from Gordon Jackson, who has a constituency appointment.
Any decision on whether or not an offence had been committed and any penalties levied against Scottish Water would be a matter for the procurator fiscal.

The contracts awarded to renewables generators in Scotland since 1994 under the three Orders making up the Scottish Renewables Obligation are funded by the Fossil Fuel Levy on all electricity suppliers. The levy rate is set each year by the Director General of Electricity Supply and is currently 0.8%.
To ask the Scottish Executive what level of revenue has been (a) raised in Scotland and (b) returned to the Scottish Executive from (i) climate change levy, (ii) landfill tax and (iii) fossil fuel levy.

It is not possible to identify without disproportionate effort how much of the fee revenue received by the Registers of Scotland derives specifically from charges levied against such groups and organisations for access to information on land ownership.

To ask the Scottish Executive what range of fines was imposed on drivers found guilty of driving whilst disqualified in 1999, what total amount of fines was levied and what monies in respect of those fines have been received to date.
