I will go back to the Lord Advocate—sorry, you did not get off so lightly. We have a letter from Levy & McRae, which acts on behalf of the former First Minister, and it says quite clearly that the Scottish Government’s position, which is that whether the committee obtains documents is a matter for the courts, is in some way incorrect.
