Although regulation in relation to many of the points that the member raises is reserved to the UK Government, we are taking a lot of steps in Scotland to promote the appropriate use of AI. The Scottish AI Alliance has a number of programmes, such as living with AI, the Scottish AI playbook and the children and AI project, which are pursuing the aims that the member has mentioned.
