UKSI Windsor Framework Retail Movement Scheme Plant and Animal Health Regulations 2024

The UK is a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and under the SPS agreement is required to notify the WTO of changes to its biosecurity measures at least 60 days in advance (to enable the notification to be circulated to WTO members to comment).
