Work has commenced on the rules of procedure and the Bill will, we hope, be passed at Stage 3 before the summer recess. I understand that the Committee has already seen a demonstration of prototypes of the new registers and they will be modified appropriately in the light of the final version of the Bill and the rules of procedure.
