I would make the same point. I know that we are talking about part 2 of the bill, but the fact is that there is no mention of crofting in part 1, and, in part 2, crofting and crofts are mentioned in connection with the 1886 act.
In Gaelic communities, however, Gaelic is very much part of the community. As Ealasaid Dhòmhnallach said at the beginning, Gaelic is very much part of who we are.
We must look at those parts differently. I think that the corporate part needs a bit more scrutiny as to whether it is necessary and does the job that we want.
