To ask the Scottish Executive when it expects to issue an estimate of how many additional cases might be dropped as a result of the Cadder v Her Majesty’s Advocate ruling. Crown Office and the Procurator Fiscal Service provided data on the number of cases that have had to be discontinued or where the Crown has been unable to commence proceedings due to there being insufficient evidence following the decision in Her Majesty''s Advocate v Cadder on 9 February 2011.
