Work has begun on the commitment in the Partnership Agreement to implementnationally co-ordinated nursing bank arrangements to assist nurse placementacross Scotland, to improve patient services and cut the cost of agency nursing.The work is in the early preparatory stages of establishing the remit for a project manager to undertake the work and a steering group to oversee it.
