We have seen first oil from the Flyndre field come on stream, exciting developments taking place in the West of Shetland region, and the recent licensing round which saw 25 licenses awarded.
Clearly, there needs to be a mixed economy, but, having spoken to a number of third sector charities in the Lothian region, I am genuinely concerned that those centres are to be closed or that their funding is to be cut in such a way that they will no longer be viable.

A mobile-friendly IPC practice support app has been developed by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and NHS Education Scotland (NES), and supported from within their existing funding streams.
The Local Rail DevelopmentFund projects are currently undergoing various stages of the appraisal process and will be considered on a case-by-case basis as per STAG guidelines.

We are investing almost £190 million (£170m plus Agenda for Change Uplifts) in the Primary Care Improvement Fund in 2023-24, for the ongoing development of primary care multi-disciplinary teams and we have committed to the PCIF being £170m plus Agenda for Change uplifts in future years.
We hope that the fund will grow over time. Another point that we should make about the 1813 act is that it is very constrained as to how the fund is invested, whereas, if we are able to transfer the assets to a charitable trust, we can invest them more flexibly.
