Hazardous Substances: planning framework - House of Commons Housing, Communities and Local Government Committee
The Committee held an inquiry to assist with scrutiny of the provisional framework and issued a call for evidence which ran from 1 December 2020 to 14 December 2020. On 17 December 2020, in correspondence to the Minister of State for Housing Christopher Pincher MP, the Committee raised the following concerns on regulatory consistency:
