To ask the Scottish Government whether it will reconsider plans for the workplace parking levy, in light of concerns that it may place financial pressure on businesses as they recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.
FWDF was available to apprenticeship levy paying employers and small and medium enterprises (SMEs), providing funding to upskill and reskill the existing workforce.

Purpose of the instrument
The Plant Health (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 (“the 2021 Regulations”) amend the Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2014, by correcting deficiencies and amending the existing fee structure in connection with fees to be levied on goods arriving in Scotland from the European Union.
