Legal Profession and Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 2007 26 (1) The 2007 Act is amended as follows. (2) In section 2 (receipt of complaints: preliminary steps)— 5 (a) in subsection (1)(a)(i), for “other than a firm of solicitors or an incorporated practice” substitute “who is an individual”, (b) in subsection (3), for the words from “the”, where it first occurs, to “further” substitute “any”.
