I am looking at how the Government gets investment into different parts of Scotland. Housing plays a major part in that, as the Deputy First Minister has said.
There are different challenges in different parts of the country. Some parts of the country will have workforce planning challenges around teachers and getting teaching resources, for example; in another part of the country, that will not be a specific concern.
They need more holistic support. I would just reiterate that as part of our evidence. Providing support in exceptional market conditions should be a strong part of the bill.
There should be a top-up fund that could be accessed on an ad hoc basis so that every young person could take part, even if they might not have been part of the original proposal.
