Suppliers appointed as a SoLR agree to absorb the costs of the process and claim some of the remaining costs for any reasonable additional, otherwise unrecoverable, costs they incur, via an industry wide SoLR levy. It is therefore appropriate that such costs are passed on to all consumers.
