If we wished to add value to Edinburgh hotels, we would have picked a period in the year in which hotels are looking for business. Given that the Parliament is in recess in July and that members have gone elsewhere, it may come as a shock to some that the city is remarkably busy with visitors then.I move on to the right to protest.
