I am pleased to hear that the minister will meet COSLA to discuss that. I hope that progress will be made in that area.The report also calls for best-value reviews for national companies.
Surely we must be able to do better than we do at present. It is a question of meeting to sort something out and either the issue is resolved or at least each side knows what they are doing.
