The situation for the Republic of Ireland, as a member state, is exactly the same as it is for Scotland at the moment. We had a useful meeting last Friday with the Scottish industry and some of the major enforcement authorities to thrash out the final text of a consultation letter on an enforcement regime in relation to a tiered system for Scotland.
