Plenary, 19 Apr 2006

Official Report Meeting date: 2 October 2003

I was sorry that during the summer recess I was unable to welcome Margaret Curran to my constituency of Galloway and Upper Nithsdale, because we could not merge our timetables, but she would still be very welcome.
Official Report Meeting date: 13 February 2003

As George Lyon said, the committee's inquiry has played a considerable part in progressing change.I will talk about the fiscal service in the Highlands and Islands. During the summer recess about two years ago, I visited as many of the Highlands and Islands sheriff courts as I could, not only in the Highland Council area but in the northern isles, the Weste...

Official Report Meeting date: 13 June 2002

Plenary, 13 Jun 2002
