I think that that question will also be asked at this afternoon's meeting of the Justice 2 Committee. As far as section 21 is concerned, we should certainly point out that it would be entirely new for a chief constable to be directed by a politician—and it would be an extremely bad move.

What is your view on petrol stations that also serve groceries and which, as they are quite large, might meet the criteria? My other question concerns groceries that are owned by ethnic minorities—by the Asian community and so on—as some of them might cross the floor-space threshold.
