I hope that the outcome of the bridge review will be the scrapping of the tolls on the Erskine bridge. Will the minister meet me and my local government colleagues regarding transport links along the north bank of the Clyde between Glasgow and the Erskine bridge, as I believe that a number of strategic projects need to be taken forward?

Judicial Proceedings (PE759) The next petition is from Robbie the Pict on behalf of the Scottish People's Mission calling on the Scottish Parliament to take the necessary steps to ensure that the names of judges who serve on a judicial bench are displayed and that a full tape recording or shorthand record, which would be available to any party involved, is kept of court proceedings. At its meeting on 27th April 2005, the committee agreed to write to the Scottish Executive and the Lord President.

Obviously, dealing with the European constitution will take up a lot of time during the UK presidency, but the First Minister mentioned climate change, which Tony Blair has said will be one of his priorities for the UK presidency. When the First Minister next meets Tony Blair, will he take up with him the issue of the proposed wave farm off Orkney?
