As Scott Barrie highlighted, we need to find more ways to get volunteers and to attract social workers to the field.The key thing that we must do is to celebrate the success of the children's hearings system rather than denigrate it, and we must dedicate to it the resources that are needed for it to develop during the next 30 years as well.
