There is a great deal in the strategy that we can share with our European counterparts; there is also, of course, a great deal that we can learn.As part of the lifelong learning strategy for Scotland, we will promote increased investment in lifelong learning institutions by continuing to help them to take up European funding and, specifically, to make more use of the European Investment Bank for capital funding.
