I can tell you that there are more arrestments than there were in 2022, but I cannot tell you whether that is more arrestments being served on the same person to try to find funds or whether it is more individuals being served bank arrestments—we simply do not have that data.

The Scottish Government are in dialogue with SEPA on the specific priorities to be reflected in their 2022-23 Operational Plan ,which is due to be published April 2022.
