Action plan The Committee ask that you provide information on your contingency plan, in the event that Scottish Canals is unable to meet the deadline of December 2022. As I mentioned in my opening statements to the Public Audit Committee on 24 March, the anticipated delivery date of December 2022 to meet the statutory reporting timetable for the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 is ambitious.
