In 2020-21 the forecast for completions was 6,000 new homes, the actual completed was £3,400 a difference of -43% In 2021-22 the forecast was 8,000 but only 7,200 were completed, a difference of -10% In 2022-23 the forecast was 9,000 but only 6,800 were completed, a difference of -24% That is a shortfall of 5,600 in those three years alone.
