That the Parliament congratulates the Kilmarnock-based butchers, David Faulds & Son Ltd, on receiving the Diamond Award at the 2016 Speciality Sausage Awards; notes that the awards, which are organised by Scottish Craft Butchers, see dozens of butchers from across Scotland enter their produce to be judged and potentially awarded a silver, gold or diamond award; further notes that, in total, there were 32 silver awards accorded, 27 gold awards, but only one diamond award, which was won by Faulds for its maple pork links; considers this accolade to be very well deserved, and wishes David, Iain and apprentice, Liam, all the best for the future.
