Only complaints about a breach of the rules set out in Section 8 of the Code of Conduct for MSPs can be investigated. We can only consider a complaint if it includes information on how you believe these rules have been broken. A response cannot be provided to complaints about matters not covered by rules in the Code of Conduct.
You may not receive a response if your complaint contains abusive or derogatory language.
