Question
To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S5T-02638 by Kate Forbes on 2 February 2021 (Official Report, c.7) and the statement by the Lord Advocate on 9 February 2021 (Official Report, c.30), what additional funding has been set aside for the (a) compensation payments and (b) legal expenses incurred by Police Scotland in response to the malicious prosecution cases.
