Glasgow Institute for Neurological Sciences Nursing Team Wins International Recognition

That the Parliament congratulates Scott Wilson and Clio Cooter of the Institute for Neurological Sciences in Glasgow on their award for Best Clinical Oral Presentation at the British Association of Neuroscience Nurses conference in Dublin; understands that Scott, Theatre Charge Nurse, and Clio, Recovery Staff Nurse, delivered a talk on their study into patient experience in a neurosurgery theatre; recognises that they have been invited to the world’s largest neurological treatment and research institution, Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, next year as part of their award, and commends Mr Wilson and Ms Cooter and the wider Institute of Neurological Sciences team for all their efforts in clinical innovation and in supporting their patients.
