That the Parliament notes the award of 2022 PPA Scotland Consumer Publication of the Year to the bimonthly disability lifestyle magazine, Enable; believes that the 200,000 readers of the print and online versions of Enable will be delighted that the publication receives such recognition; congratulates Coatbridge’s Denise Connelly and her company, DC Publishing, on its success; notes that Enable emerged from a field of nominations, which included The Big Issue, Menopause Matters, and Scots Magazine, and believes that the award will provide Enable a platform to further advance the inclusion of disabled peoples’ involvement in public discourse.
