That the Parliament commends Lewis Thorrat on his outstanding efforts to help the Renfrewshire toy bank and ensure that no child was left without a present on Christmas morning; understands that Lewis has been volunteering at the toy bank for several years and made it his mission to gather as many presents as possible ahead of the big day; notes that Lewis is on the pupil council and wrote to his headteacher asking if they could start a toy drive and that his ambition also led to his football team joining the drive to get involved too; understands that as a result of his work, Lewis was presented with an award alongside Renfrewshire toy bank, and congratulates him once again on his efforts to ensure that every child received a Christmas gift.
