That the Parliament commends the 34 years of service that The Rev Fergus C. Buchanan has given to St Paul's Church and Badenoch Church in Milngavie; understands that his previous roles as moderator of the Clyde Presbytery have helped him become a true people’s minister and known within the church as an Evangelist; applauds his dedication to the area over three decades; believes that he will be dearly missed by all the parishioners and friends whom he has supported over the years; wishes him a delightful and long retirement, and thanks him for his inspiration.
