Glasgow Disability Alliance Report, Transforming Participation for Disabled People in Glasgow Beyond Covid-19

That the Parliament recognises and supports the recently released report by the Glasgow Disability Alliance, Transforming participation for disabled people in Glasgow beyond Covid-19; encourages Glasgow’s public services to adopt the eight priority recommendations made within the report in order to tackle the social and equality impacts of COVID-19; further encourages Glasgow City Council and other public bodies across Glasgow and Scotland to pay close attention to the layers to successful participation for disabled people outlined within the report, to best ensure the active and direct involvement of disabled people in the planning, delivery and evaluation of services and interventions, and sends its thanks to the Disability Workstream of Glasgow Social Recovery Taskforce and disabled people's organisations in Glasgow for their hard work and efforts in creating the transforming participation report.
