That the Parliament commends the efforts of Blackburn United FC under-16s in highlighting research into motor neurone disease (MND) and honouring the legacy of Tam Agnew, who died with the condition earlier in 2020, aged 45; understands that the team will bear the logo of the University of Edinburgh’s Euan Macdonald Centre for Motor Neurone Disease Research as a tribute to Tam and the work of his sister, Sharon Wallace, who has volunteered with the team over the last decade, and believes that this is an excellent initiative by young footballers.
