West Lothian College Student Awarded Hospitality Scholarship

That the Parliament congratulates the West Lothian College Level 6 Professional Cookery student, Tyler Watson, on being awarded a Hospitality Industry Trust (HIT) Scotland scholarship; notes that HIT Scotland scholarships are open to anyone working in or studying towards a career in the Scottish hospitality industry, and that they provide learning experiences designed to develop new skills or knowledge and experience best practice; understands that Tyler will work under the stewardship of the chef, Ross Sneddon, at the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh on her Craft Skills (Viennoisserie) Scholarship, and wishes her well for this exciting and valuable opportunity, which will complement and enhance her college experience.
