That the Parliament congratulates Adam Stitt, who is from Mayfield and drives for Lothian Buses, on being named as both the Scottish and UK driver of the year at the 53rd National Bus Driver of the Year competition, which surveyed nearly 100 drivers and tested them on theoretical and practical skills that reflect all aspects of their challenging work; acknowledges that Adam's victory is the third successive title win for drivers from Scotland; appreciates that he has been with Lothian Buses for nine years; believes that Adam is a prime example of the operator's well trained and hardworking staff, and wishes him all the best.
