That the Parliament congratulates the Kingdom Housing Association on its 40th anniversary, which was marked with a visit by board members, tenants, management, staff reps and other stakeholders to on-site building projects; acknowledges that it was registered as a housing association in 1979 in response to the closure of the lodging house hostel and has since provided around 5,000 new affordable homes, and wishes it all the best.
